Dremel EZ544 1-1/2-Inch EZ Lock Wood Cutting Wheel
The grit on this cutting wheel wears off extremely quickly on engineered flooring. It cut very nicely for 1 foot or so, but bogged down after that. It still cuts, but not well enough for 1/2″ of flooring (the tool just doesn’t have enough power to keep cutting this thickness of board once the grit is gone). This might be practical to use if the blades were $10 for a five pack, but they are just too expensive for how quickly they wear out.
The wheel works well (used it for regular wood, trimming laminate, cutting plastic), lasts long time. Definitely worth the money.
Great product only thing is you can only go through like 1/2 of wood but it does a GREAT job and I use it all the time.
